Just a few things to help you all out.

I noticed with the "new" Russian destroyers that some of the upgraded modules are in inventory and can be mounted for free.

Even a new to game ship had them, so before selling off your inventory, upgrade your ships first.

I had 28 million on log in.

After fully outfitting tiers 5 through 9 Russian DD'S, I had 10 million.

Going into inventory and selling off the basic modules plus 3 BB A hulls netted me 3.8 million.
