I finally got Katori

And after 1 battle, I was just awash with nostalgia from the first days of the CBT. Back when Katori was Tier 1.

Those were the days. But now at Tier 3, I felt that, she wasn't bad. Nor is she good. She's definitely not for the unskilled, and actually has a fairly high skill ceiling to perform with. But nevertheless, she's fun. So much fun, and I find that she's strong.

 

So enough about her, we've all read Mouse's review. What you guys want are my screenshots right?

I love her, I think she's a great cruiser...except for that South Carolina dreadnought speed.

I just got her. She looks good on paper. I played a quick game in her. Think I'll keep Bogatyr with a AFT captain for clubbing. I just can't stand the speed.

All you need to know, is how to position her to get that 13km to work. Plus, Bogatyr wishes it had her accuracy.

After adding that crazy good Aiming Systems Mod 0, the accuracy is without peer. I mean 76m at 13.5km??? Not even destroyers get that kind of dispersion. Since it's premium, you can throw whatever you want into her. Let's see, sub 10km detect, torpedoes with incredible angles (I had a captain with Torp Accel), AA that is BB class in it's tier(BFT and AFT also on said captain), and a secondary with a 5km range for lolz.

 

I had a great time with this one. Paper armor, the speed which only a Langley envies, but guns that put round EXACTLY where you want em. I actually had fun with it. I'll need to get some screens of my next game. I cant guarantee a stunner, but it was a fun change of pace.
