A funny convo I remember in ranked

Hilarity and reports ensue.

 

The only way that this can be topped is if someone said, "I bought a Saipan just for ranked, how's she?"

To be fair, in my first ranked season I brought an ARP Myoko I'd never played before. But it was an accident and I still at least pulled my weight (plus she wasn't stock since ARP ship.) 

 

Stock Colorados are cancerous unless on other team.

Actually had that one, at 10-6 no less. Looked the guy up, he had fewer total CV games than I do, which is less than 10, almost all in CO-OP. Aaand all at tier 4. He said he wanted to "learn the class". I commenced facedesking.

I saw a person with a Saipan in ranked. I'd never seen him before. I knew our opponent was a CV pro. So I checked his games played in Saipan only. 0 Coop, 0 Random, 0 Ranked. First times the charm in the T10 queue to see if you're a top carrier driver, AMIRITE? Bomb the Atlanta too!

I brought a stock Kiev into Ranked for a few battles. No one thought much about it since I ended up in the top 2 of the team for every battle.

Its not all that hard to Kiev though, drive ship fast..Shoot guns lots. Its pretty hard to miss things with RU railguns also. It's not all that different stock either, you just get to wasd a little harder when you are fully upgraded.
