Hopefully next month we'll have a chance to get the Albany, or Ark B, with the same type of grind.

Is there any other rare ships that could be on the list?

Er, not the Ark B. That boat's already sailed, pardon the pun.

They can keep the Albany. But Yuubari would be nice

Arkansas and Iwaki will never be available, they were tester rewards. Albany isn't very grand in itself, however it is comical getting secondary battery hits with her.

When the Albany first came out they gave it away for free, and people were commenting about how fast they sold it for the port slot and credits.

Yeah, I totally sold mine. Not because of the port slots, but because I didn't have an AFT captain to make it playable.

At the time, I think it was one of the ships with detection range beyond its gunnery range and spotting range, which caused a lot of AFT St.Louis' to reverse invisifire on your ship that couldn't spot anything.

I could buy it back, but I don't have interest in lower tiers, I don't have any sentimental feelings towards it and its history doesn't interest me.

And I am a person who likes reading historical pieces, so it's weird that Albany's history doesn't interest me at all.

I never played the Albany, I now have the Katori and like it. I do pretty good with it. I just wonder if the Albany would be a sleeper like Katori?

I like the old low tier ships with their reversed rake bows and Steam punk looks. It would be nice if WoWs made a spin off game with 1895 to 1920 ships only. The St Louis would be a tier 10 cruiser for example, and a Wickes or a Clemson Tier 10 DD.

Katori's just a cruiser with US BB speed. I doubt I'll ever use that. Probably take the 1.6 million credits instead.

Yeah, but it's not a ship you play because it's good. You play it for the lulz.

Katori, have secured it now. Guns are nice and accurate. Slow true. And a DD could pummel you to sink using marshmallows... but... Tier 3....

Wonder if she'll become the new weapon of choice for seal clubbers - at least for a while?
