Khabarovsk Torpedo Upgrade... Not

One of the most unlikely upgrades I have seen is the torpedo upgrade on the Khabarovsk. From stock 10 km/ 56 kt upgraded to 6 km/ 53 kt all for an extra 4400 damage if you manage to hit anything. Oh, and stock reloads 11 seconds faster.

Can we have a show of hands amongst Kharb owners as to who actually upgraded?

 

(I imagine the upcoming Russian DD changes may address this?)
