Cross chat in ranked

So today I just had a game where a player on each team were from the same clan.

I said how "captain x" was a pretty toxic guy in team chat. Next thing I know "Captain x" is stating how he is just frustrated in ranked and not actually toxic. I was extremely surprised and looked at the team loadout and saw that "captain y" was from the same clan as "captain x." It is more than well established that they have been communicating with each other besides the in-game chat features. Is this a bannable offense?

Also yes I do have screenshots and replay.

If there real buddies they could also use land line or cell phones, there is a rule against helping the enemy team and is a bannable offence

If there is sabotaging going on I believe yes they can get a ban. However clans are big with lots of members and sometimes they ended up opponent's or even sameside.

OP menat that they were obviously cross-chatting, and is worried Clans are messing with matches, which they do. Not always but plenty of times. T-22 in WoT comes to mind......

Its a valid concern.
