We have flags to help fire chance, flood chance, aaa damage, secondaries, etc.

 

How about a flag that reduces the chance of overpens for AP shells? No, don't ask me how it will work, but i think I've just had one or one hundred too many salvos hit Belfasts  broadside targets for 5-6 overpens and minimal damage this week.

 

Worth a thought.

You are asking for shells to either move slower or have more drag. No thanks.

I'd prefer a flag that increases the likelihood that I'm overpenned if I'm hit.

Ah, but we only have one.  We can always have more.  Just like how we have two flags to increase the chance of Firestarting.
