If it's not listed in or included in the bundle then no.

Not for the bundles this weekend, but possibly in the next anniversary of the Battle of Jutland.

I would assume if they release it again you are correct. It's the only flag I fly besides the MM flag, I get two RN ensigns on one ship lol.

Now that I think about it the Jutland flag was in the dual bundle with Warspite and Campbelltown. I already had the Warspite but had to have that flag so I remember having to grab the combination  bundle for it rather than just the Warspite's bundle.
