A Kami with Concealment Expert is very OP. 

I've had tier 6 and 7 battle ship captains rage at my tiny Kami R boat. 

Not to mention all the T5 ships who think I'm haxing.

You still have to be good (or really lucky) to get a much better than average winrate. With that pre-line split Kamikaze sale it seems like both sides of a match will have at least one of the clones and one side is going to lose. It is better than nerfed Minekaze and Mutsucki but still requires the red team to cooperate (neglect the WASD keys) to do really well. All IJN DD (except maybe Akizuki) REQUIRE CE to be decent. Some are virtually unplayable without it.
