Names that can't be found

Twice now I have tried to look someone up from battle (I often look folks up, but two of these, bbs hiding in a corner) and their name as shown in the game is not found??

Yesterday and now today, I've had a guy in the game( and it isn't "hidden stats". )There name cannot be found!! 

I understand hidden stats, but a name that isn't listed???

try to read carefully, sometimes you can misread a 1 for l or stuff like that.

Also, depending on where you're searching, it's possible no one has ever searched for them before.

 

If it's from WOWS site, then they should be there. If it's a 3rd party, it might take a bit (after your search) for their info to be made available.
