Think I'll start running my Freddy a bit more, that MB seems to have slightly better accuracy than Bismarck. Of course, maiden voyage spoiled by potatoes.

 

Still, it was alright. Bismarck had a horrible 4-match time in terms of personal performance, though amusingly because usually the enemy team melted too fast for me to farm damage, or I faced overwhelming odds and died before could break even. But happily I farmed a couple CQE, including Detonating one DD.

 

Schors definitely a keeper, though her armor's as bad as Myoko for bouncing BB AP, and did feel very hated when 2 matches in her, the red BBs would only aim at me if I got spotted.

 

Awesome thing about CV high-tier population and high-tiers is most players seem to have little AA buff besides running BFT or AFT, though with the number of potatoes I'll only run Taiho if in a division.

 

Had another first (we lost badly, our CV never loaded in and our Shimakaze had no balls whatsoever):

 

Still, had a few good matches, though sadly I'm one of the reasons WG is going to nerf T4 CVs instead of reworking the class:

My weekend went well I never have had any difference between week and weekend, teams seem all the same to me.  Made it to rank 5 and had a decent 50ish random battles.

I see you brought out the hosho for a little clubbin.  Thats mean and I would never do such things.

Not too bad, unless I hopped into the Mutsu.  Talk about MM screwing me with that ship, crap teams, and bad starting positions.  You know its not going your way when you look up only 5 minutes into a game and you've lost half your team for none in return.

It was ok - had a couple good games.  Once game I had 4 salvos and 3 got crits - one in smoke (saw the ship going into smoke so I set the shot up while he was seen).  Had a domination game where I lobbed a salvo over a hill/mountain and deleted a ship.

It was not too bad on NA, but on EU, many T8 BBs had no guts to push at all.

 

This may be counted as "sealclubbing", but I am grinding the Langley.

Had a decent weekend in randoms. Some good and bad games, but I'm starting to get the hang of my AP shots again like before I left.

 

Ranked was a point of frustration Saturday night. Had 7 losses in a row, and ended the day with a 38% win rate, with every measurable stat I produced being well above average. Sunday was better and put me at 42% for the weekend, but it was a frustrating experience none-the-less.

MM was unnaturally kind to me this weekend and my win rate got a healthy bump. Went up 2 ranks to 9 so overall a better-than-most weekend spree

Weekend overall was good. For some reason Sunday was great, wish I knew what I was doing different. Won 75% of my games, had a kraken, 3 confederates and 2 high calibers. Everything was just clicking. Even took my carriers out (had taken a couple months off and I'm very rusty with them) and was still doing well.

Mixed results, but mostly good.

 

Dropped into the Mutsu for the first time (yay, tax refund!) and managed a solid ~60k game despite being bottom tier and having a 3-ship clan DD division on the other team that made it their mission to own the side of the map I happened to be on. (though according to warships.today I have never played the Mutsu even though all my other games for the weekend appear to have been recorded. This is concerning)

 

Tried out the Ernst Gaede for the first time and, again, first game was a good performance that left me with a favorable impression of the ship. Didn't manage to pull a win, but dished out ~50k damage in a destroyer I'd never played before, so I'll take it.

 

Ranked is where things got weird. Opened up with a Kraken in the Atlanta (which surprised the hell out of me) and rode a (very short) win streak to one star shy of rank 10, but stalled out into an alternating win-loss cycle exacerbated by some tilt on my part.

 

Overall a good weekend, I just need to learn to quite when I'm ahead in ranked.

Mine was fairly good.  Actually was able to hit Rank 10 on Sunday which is the highest rank I ever hit out of 3 seasons.  Hope to play some more and try and get down to Rank 1, seems like I am doing a lot better when its a straight forward mono tier match vs me finding myself usually the bottom tier in a three tier match.

​Same here, Went from Rank 11 with 2 stars down to Rank 12 with 2 stars.  It was win/loss/win/loss/loss/loss/loss/loss.  Finally said screw it doubtful Id ever get further than rank 10 this season.  Especially when I kept ending up on potato teams that cant even follow the plan.

Got killed by radar ships in almost every high tier match.
