World of Tanks removed their "All" chat feature, and World of Tanks: Blitz will remove it soon

Please, Do NOT remove the "All" Chat in World of Warships!

Some of my best moments in Warships has been banter with the other side. As for a community of competitive gaming I feel relatively safe in saying this has overall been one of the least toxic of any team-based community I've ever played, I mean, yeah there's a few salty dogs here and there but i find them on my team more often than the opponents, and I'd have to say most of you all have a great sense of humor. Some of your in-game names alone get me chuckling. So I agree, keep public/allchat open!

Normally I'd say no,  being able to talk to the other team is a bad idea but...so far it hasn't been all that negative in WoWs.  If that ever changes and it turns to pure acid then yeah I'd suggest removing it but for the moment it seems fine.

Perhaps it's because of vindictive team mates giving away coordinates of more stealthy, still-alive team mates to the enemy?

I have seen plenty of smack talk and taunts in all-chat.  But, I have seen much, much more friendly chat between the teams.  I agree...DO NOT remove all-chat.  I hope it isn't even being considered.

I really hope they don't remove it. In ranked games you see the same names a lot and I've had plenty of friendly convos with people i just played against or with in the game before.

I disagree.  Please DO remove it.  If you want to chat with players on the other team, do it OUTSIDE of battle in Gen chat or private messages.  In the middle of a battle, you have no place talking to players on the other team.

Agree! Smack talk and taunts add a bit of flavor. I very seldom see the toxic chat that others have seen. Keep the all chat!

Only a really disturbed person would think that there's anything good about "smack talk and taunts".  Get rid of ALL chat!!!

How am I supposed to warn guys like Lert that I will sink them when I can't communicate with them? With a Pidgeon? Or a post card attached to the shell?

No, I like the all chat. Interacting with other players is a core element of any online game, and I don't see why we shouldn't be able to talk to people on the opposing team.

I think you should have put more than "Plz WG" for the title, but still, I totally agree, I'm the kind of guy that verbally compliments skilled foes, and the all chat can be really fun.

But then how will I thank enemy battleships for sailing in straight lines, or complement players for good shooting?

That only depends on community, not WG. The more people insult each other and are salty to each other lead to this sadly. And Haru Haru! *hugs!*

I say it's fine to keep it.  I've had good critiques come my way after a close duel where either I or my opponent sank, and we congratulated each other on a well-fought match.

It's also beneficial for me to reply with a "GG" after a really good and close game.

And the best part is being insulted in another foreign language after pulling off a surprise ram or a surprise attack that nuked them, assuming I'm completely ignorant, and then getting the individual reported with screenshot proof.

People on your own team are the most salty in wows, I find

Eh. Only when teammates demand I do something that requires support and teamwork, and then refuses to support me in carrying it out, then acts like it's my fault I don't have the capabilities of 5 ships in one.

Wow, the world will really come to an end if you can't say "GG" after a game.  Sorry, but the downsides of taunting, insulting, smack talking, and people giving away team mates' positions FAR!!! outweigh the supposed benefits from cross team chat.

I do hope that they keep chat the way that it is, I learned a few things from other players as well I still like congratulating the enemy team on good match, even if it was a steamroll.
