how do I collect campaign rewards

When you complete a mission it will show on the side of the screen that it is done. Click the box to open the campaign menu's and click claim reward. Then select another mission.

If you are talking about the Lunar missions to get the Dragon ship once you complete them all the ship is given to you automatically, Just click the filter on the bottom left side of the screen just above your ships and on the right side check the box for the dragon ship and you will then be able to see it in your port.
