German BB Captain Skills?

I'm setting up my captain skills for my German Battleships, I was told some time ago that the secondary gun build was the best to use for German BBs. yes, take full advantage of that. I never regret it one bit

Grinding up the line right now, wish I went full endurance. Lasting longer helps a ton when you're burning down.
