Soul Crushing

Just finished the most soul crushing game of ranked I have ever played in my Nagato.  140k damage with only one battleship on each side, Kraken unleashed, 100k damage received (I love you repair party!), 1 million potential damage, and 17 plane kills.  I even beat the whole other team in points (aside from the CV, which placed first on their team).  I was planning on going for rank 1 for the doubloons to buy the Nagato perm camo, but that 10 dollar price doesn't look so bad anymore

I've never understood how one can get a Kraken in a 7v7 and lose. Your team must have been horrid.

That's crazy - I just finished a nearly identical game in my Nagato and was able to survive about 4 dive bombing runs to get their CV at the end (just put the AA signal on before this match).  So close to losing it though, as I only had probably 1/4 of my hp left and no heals.  All my entire team did was scream at each other from the opening seconds throughout the entire match (because one of my team that loaded in was pink)...

I suck at the Nagato. I keep hearing people rave about the ship, whereas I struggle on her. Maybe I was playing her a bit too far away from the enemy? But damn son, these sort of games really make me interesting in trying her out some time. Looking forward to the Mutsu.

I had one, the team was actually decent. It is very situational, I got lucky with a couple of the kills.
