Welcome to the WoWs forum. I suggest you read through the facts section, that will answer most of your questions. We dont really know when the game is to be released. We still need to go through alpha and beta testing first. Closed alpha is expected to start in early 2013. The developers have stated that they expect a short alpha so closed beta should start a few weeks after Alpha. Once closed beta is done with we have open beta. Assuming everything goes as planned we could see WoWs being released either in late 2013 or early 2014.

when will WoWS release? When the Devs feel like it's ready, thats when.

 

ignoring what I said, listen to what everyone else has said, the actual release, not including alpha and beta, is probably late 2013-mid 2014.
