Jack of All Trades "reduces reload time of all mounted consumables."   AP and HE shells are consumables.  Does it reduce the reload time of my guns by 5%?  As well as Damage Control.

Seems like a no-brain choice between it and High Alert, then.  Guns are used a lot more than Damage Control.

AP & HE are not consumables.

Consumables, are Repair Party, Hydro, Radar, Etc.

They're shown in the Consumables block, and they are actually consumed in battle.  Maybe the key word is "mounted".  Oh well.

WG could be a little more explicit in their descriptions...

Actually, what I want to know is if Jack of All Trades also affects Damage Control Party as that is listed as a consumable under the description for High Alert.

It only reduce the reload time of your Damage Control and any other like repair, defensive, speed boost and such.

If you wanted your main battery reload faster, may I suggest you choose Adrenaline Rush as captain skill

What? I thought the DCP was more associated with the High Alert... need to test this.
