Right now I have radio location. 14% fire chance is cool What about the Mogami? Also, should I get APHE on the benson and/or kiev? I wouldn't get it on DDs actually except for akizuki HEAP actually does VERY well on most mid-tier DDs. I run it on Clemson, Farragut, Leningrad, Akizuki, and Z-23 (with 150mm guns...wouldn't be worth it on the 128mm guns) and will be adding it to Shiratsuyu once I get a 18-point captain on her. HEAP is a must-have on Akizuki and VERY beneficial on 150mm Z-23....it's worth 4 points depending on your build and playstyle on the others I mentioned.
