What captain skills should be put on our captain skills now?

The Captain skills changed so that would mean there are better skill builds than the old skills

what should I get for my Takao, Haguro, Scharnhorst, and Bayern

203 mm CA's should be going CE + DE + RPF, as IFHE isn't relevant for them.

Scharnhorst and Bayern should do a secondary build + IFHE and any survival skills you can afford afterwards.

 

Again, their are dozens of threads on this. Alternatively wait for YouTubers to get videos out, or look at the Public Test (V2) videos, as nothing changed between PT2 and release.
