Nagato and Amagi compensation

Has anyone received compensation for their Nagato and Amagi?

 

From patch notes:

 

• If a player had researched hull (B) of Nagato before the update was released, they will automatically receive its hull ©. If a player had researched hulls (B) and © of Nagato before the update was released, they will receive 22,000 Ship XP for Nagato and 1,800,000 Credits
• If a player had researched hull (B) of Amagi before the update was released, they will automatically receive its hull ©. If a player had researched hulls (B) and © of Amagi before the update was released, they will receive 39,000 Ship XP for Amagi and 2,300,000 Credits

 

I have fully upgraded Amagi in port and haven't received either credits or ship XP for either ship *unlocking Amagi obviously mandates unlocking B and C Nagato hulls ...).

I checked my notifications when I first logged in after the update, and I did receive the 4.1 million credits for the Amagi and Nagato, both of which I have in my port.

Nothing for me in the notification area either. I filed a ticket and took more screenshots just in case ... this is the second switcheroo in less than two months where they botched something (at least for my account)

 

(they forgot to issue some port slots with the IJN DD change but some guy on support staff fixed that afterwards )

Do not have Amagi in port (but otherwise fully researched due to me already having finished the line). No credits received on that end.

 

I do have Nagato in port, so I've gotten the 1m creds off of that.

I have both ships and both have the "b" hulls so I am looking forward to the credits and ship exp boost.

As a Nagato B Hull owner, I had to equip the replacement hull even though it was unlocked for me.

Yes, received 4.1 mill in creds and 39k xp on Amagi and 22k xp on Nagato, is confirmed.

Took the precaution of taking screenshots of both and writing down the amounts as well, just in case, and have been compensated per the update.

Both of these ships are keepers for me. Really like the IJN BB line from Kongo to amagi so far

I got both for Nagato. Puts the Amagi in striking distance for me. (XP wise anyway, I just blew all my sick day w/premium credits on Bismarck lol)

Same here, I have both then Nagato, and the Amagi. fully upgraded, and in my port.  I did not receive either XP or Credit bonuses.
