Can we get a way to brain drain XP out of captains?

I don't have a use for the 'free' captains I got after the IJN DD changes.

I also got several 10pt captains from super containers and missions, of which I also have no use for.

 

I would rather have a smaller number of very elite 15pt+ captains.

 

And, before you suggest putting them into other ships, I already have a majority of my ships that are with captains.

With the new skill tree coming out, those (after conversion) 8 point captains will be useful for trying a few trick skills.

For now, it might be worth while to get them up to 12 points (before conversion) so they can at least reach the new 4 level AFT.

I'm sure they'll reset the captain skills when our skill points take a tumble.
