Epicenter Starting locations

Would love to see some semblance of order in the starting positions in Epicenter mode.  Is there a way to simply line both teams up evenly on both sides of the map and have the teams race to the cap circles that way?

 

The starting positions seem incredibly random (probably because they are).  It's one of the reasons I strongly dislike this game mode.

I do notice destroyers always start in similar positions, but everyone else is relatively random with the exception of the highest-tier BB that will occasionally start in a port on certain maps.
