Glitched Consumables upon re-entry

Game kicks me out and I join a few seconds back in.

Other then having a flood and a fire and dangerously low health, the consumables were glitched.

 

The plane and heal were stuck on 0.0 or -2.-2. I had to heal to see what the problem was. Also, whenever it was finished, the heal cooldown went to 40secs after the -2.-2.
