Sherman's Guide to joining the Death Eaters

I'm sure you've all considered joining the Death Eaters at some point. I decided to try joining them, and I succeeded!

 

1. First, contact this dude.

 

Lucius Malfoy

 

 

2. Now you need to schedule a meeting with Lucius Malfoy here. Hopefully you've got a rare and aged whiskey. If you don't, steal one. It's rather easy.

 

3. Now that you got that aged bottle of fine whiskey, send an owl to Mr. Malfoy.

 

 

 

4. Now owl him. Hopefully he accepts your request for a meeting.

 

5. If he accepts(he will if you want to join the Death Eaters), go to Malfoy Manor. Just floo there, it's easier.

 

6. Now you got to prove to him you won't betray the Dark Lord. Hopefully you pass his mind reading test.

 

7. If you pass his mind reading test, he will take you to the Dark Lord. You're trustworthy. Congratulations.

 

8. Now you meet this dude.

 

 

 

9. Now here's the hard part. It's going to hurt like hell when you get marked. If you start crying or sleeping, congratulations. Your life is now over. Grow a pair you piece of [edited].

 

10. If you DID NOT scream in agony while you were marked. Congratulations. You're almost ready to join the Dark Lord's forces.

 

11. Next, you're going to be tested to see if you can keep secrets while drunk with a woman. Introducing the lovely Bellatrix Lestrange.

 

 

 

12. You are probably looking at me like I've gone mad. "We can't do that!" you are probably screaming at me. I assure you. It's easy. Just take a potion called the Hangman's Potion. It's a cheap potion that makes you unable to spill your deepest and darkest secrets while drunk. Congratulations. If you ever have an affair, a night out with your friends is no danger. Just be aware the Dark Lord has invented a counter to this potion and will probably feed it to you at some point, so that you spill to him, and him only.

 

13. If you indeed past this test, like 75% of potential Death Eaters do, you are now a Death Eater. Congratu-

 

"Are you publishing Death Eater secrets, Sherman?"

"Of course not, my Lord!"

"You lie! CRUCIO!"
