The 19th skill points need 10 Million exp?

Say I get 1k exp per game for my captain, the 19th skill needs 10000 games to get.

 

A full skill set captain is 80 skill points. Even if all skill points after the 19th one requires 10 Million exp, I need to play 62*10000=620000 games for such captain!

 

If each game takes 15 minutes, then 620000*15 minutes=6458.3 days=17.7 years!

300k for the 19th only. However earlier captain levels now take more experience than before.
