Go vote to keep the battleship! Hasbro says, "no token is safe." That's because for the first time in 82 years, the company is letting the public vote to either keep the classic game pieces or go with entirely new options, like a wink face emoji, kissy face emoji, a hashtag symbol or a T-Rex. Back in 2013, they ditched the iron token for a cat, after fans voted on Facebook. This time around, gamers can head to VoteMonopoly.com to vote on their eight favorite figurines that will be featured in the upcoming version of the game. http://www.votemonopoly.com/ There's no limit to how many times you can vote. I kind of lament the loss but the game is easier to setup and easier to play. On the downside, younger kids learned how to handle money properly by playing Monopoly.
