FIx the Map, Please

hello it has been a month or so for me on this one. When I run my CV(seems odd) my map does not always rotate.

Please fix the map so it rotates.  I win 3 times more often when the map has me at the bottom.

the minimap has a rotation option. its still buged on CV though and doesent work properly if at all.
