Is Fire Prevention a worthwhile skill now?

(changes)

  1. Survivability Expert is now at Tier 3 and Provides 350 HP per tier, not 400
  2. Fire prevention now Prevents -10% fire preventation and is now a Tier 4 skill.
  3. Inertia Fuse for HE shells now reduces chance to fire 3% (was 6%) and penetration bonus is now 30% (was 25%).
  4. Evasive Manuever is buffed. Survivibility bonus is now 75% (was 15%), however concealment bonus is now 20% (was 40%)
  5. Adrenaline Rush is twice as effective as it Provides 0.2% bonus

As much as I hate fire since it was moved to tier 4 I am going to have to pass.

CE, manual secondaries, and advanced fire training are better skills.

It was worthwhile on the 1st PTS too. Most BB's took fires on the superstructure. Superstructure normally has two spots able to catch fire. By eliminating one spot, it meas BB's take fire damage much less often. The 7/10% on fire deduction is nothing compared to that, so essentially, they nerfed it (by increasing the costs a bit), which is probably justifiable since it's a very powerful anyway.
