How do you upload screen shot to the German Battleship section?

I was trying to upload a screen shot to the Scharn fan post in German BB's but they do not have the handy attach files section like the General Discussion forum has.  Any ideas?  Thank You in Advance

Upload it to imgur, then post it to the forum. This is a discussion forum, not a picture hosting site.

 

Also, you can make screenshots by hitting prtscrn, no need to use your phone.
