Blys has 3 more barrels, 2 knot faster torps, more hp, and worse concealment.

They are a pair of ships you can play back to back and never loose your groove. So because grem came first, I have to agree.

At first I simply thought Gremy was simply a Gnevny with good torps.  That was wrong.  It was totally, totally wrong.  All the issues Gnevny dealt with, a DD that I adore at Tier V, were negated or buffed to high levels with Gremy.
