where do you get Arkansas B and Kamikaze R ?

Arkansas Beta was a gift ship for people who beta tested the ship, Kamikaze R was for Project R, basically a server-wide event where placing in a certain range would give you that ship, Arkansas Beta will definitely never be available again, and AFAIK Kamikaze R (and its clone, the Fujin) will also never be available again.

Arkansas Beta was only available to those who participated in the Beta test of WoWS.  The Kamakaze R was a special event ship.  Neither are available through the premium shop, nor special codes.

Arkansas was given to people who played a number of games during the closed beta. Kamikaze R was given as a reward to the Project R event at the beginning of the year, and sold for a short period right after. Kamikaze and Fujin are identical ships, the R is just a fancy paint job.

The Arkansas Beta was issued only for Alpha/Beta testers. As far as I know it won't be released for public sale again. Perhaps earned through a WG contest in the future on a limited basis? Who knows? 

 

The Kamikaze R is now considered to be in the same category as the Grem and Nikolai. Won't be sold again. Perhaps limited release in contests in the future or rare events like the current Secret Santa one?

 

The ship has sailed on these, basically.

I've heard of people getting Kamikaze R out of Supercontainers. Not sure if that rumor is founded, though. But as DOCTOR_CITADEL has pointed out, Kamikaze is no longer going to be available ever again due to being considered overpowered.

It was and shockingly I just bought her in time and a few days ago, WG stated that KK R and Fujin are in the same rarity ships as the niko and grem are.

Actually, It is entirely possible for an Alpha tester to not have the Ark Beta... unlikely, but possible.  The Ark Beta was specifically for CBT players who played 50 battles or more (I forget how many I had, but it was a pretty decent amount).  The Alpha testers got their own ship, the Iwaki Alpha.

 

The Ark Beta herself is an interesting ship.  I like having all the upgrade slots on her and she feels far more capable than a standard Wyoming in all but one area.... AA.  Honestly though, I'm a bit angry over the fact that the final form of the Wyoming in game is actually the USS Arkansas at the start of WWII.

Wouldn't that be one heck of a T4 Premium ship!  1944 Wyoming is Best Atlanta Class Cruiser! =3

 

Anyway, she never received the tripod mast arrangement Arkansas did and she had most of her guns removed in the interwar period as part of the various Naval Treaties.  Her history is quite sad.

 

Where was I going with that?  Well, when I get depressed about the WWI Hull Arkansas Beta, I break out the Wyoming to remember her in her true glory at the end of WWII... then I remember one of her greatest contributions to the US was in her self sacrifice during the Operation Crossroads nuclear tests where she can be seen here at full attention:

It's not the same thing honestly.  I want to walk the decks, explore the various nooks and crannies of the ship.  I want to smell it, I want to feel it, and I want that without the added risk of SCUBA equipment.

Being from Arkansas, I was always aggravated that I missed the ship by less than a week. I was always hopeful of showing up at an event some day and getting a code from someone lol.

ya i have on but its a wortless ship now with no aa and evey game u go into there allwas 2 cv so all u do it the frist to die a totally wortless ship as a gift to give to the beta testers
