Does Amazon Gift Card balance not apply to Secret Santa?

After receiving a $10 Amazon gift card from a friend, I decided that I'd buy myself two Admiral's Presents ($5 each). I go ahead and buy one and check my Amazon balance and I still have $10 gift card balance? Are you kidding me? And to top it all off, I got 35 Ocean Soul camos... not interesting at all. Is there any way I can ask for a refund? Because I wanted to use the gift card money, not my money.

Never done it, but I think you can only do dubloons for gift cards....

Kinda sucks I got a $25 Amazon card, might have used it to try the Santa presents, but oh well.

Yea you can't buy anything from WG with amazon credit, you however buy an email burger king card code and use that.

No, you can't. Any Amazon balance cannot be used. You use Amazon with the card you have on file with them.

Gift card is not on file with them until you actually submit it, it only shows gift cards for dubloons though.

Amazon gift card balance 100% cannot be used to buy doubloons. I tried that last year, and only payment option is my credit card.

 

It's to stop people from using sites like Swagbucks to get themselves virtual currency in F2P games without spending a cent.

My question in this thread was posted earlier. You can buy a Burger King Ecard, but I have no idea if it'll work. If it does it'd be a great way for players with an Amazon gift balance to convert to BK to use in the shop. Does anyone know if it works?

Oh. Well I tried clicking on that option just to see what happened (Not spending any money of course, just to see what the dialogue window would look like) and it gave me a bad gateway error.

Looks like their information is out of date...big surprise. Amazon gift card does not come up when you follow that guide....

Its how I got my Scharnhorst yesterday. Sorry for not replying sooner. That was the card I used.
