Now that the Graf Spee has come out, I am starting to wonder if the Panzerschiffe P Project ships have a place in WOWS?:

Maybe at T7. Similar armament to Graf Spee while being faster.

Same guns, but 33kts and 24,000 vs. 12,000 tons so crazy many HP. Huge hull. Still cruiser protection.

 

Just off that wiki I'd say it'd be nigh on impossible to balance and should be a low priority.
