I am currently sitting on 13.3 million convertible xp. If allowed to convert it for free, I'd be able to free xp through virtually all future ship lines.

Also, you earned ship xp, not free xp. There is a distinct difference.

that's why I wont buy anymore premium ships. Its not worth it. why pay for a premium ship than have to shell out another $75 to make use of the XP

If your only reason to buy a premium ship is xp conversion, then yes, it's not worth it. However, it's a very strange reason.

I can not seem to find out, if there is a way to purchase commander points (without playing a lot of battles to gain 1 point) to improve my ship by doubloons, XP etc. appreciate any help to understand this XP- free XP and how to purchase points with them.  Thanks

No way to purchase captain points, aside from buying a 3 point captain with doubloons to begin with and instantly retraining captain with doubloons when you move him to a new ship. There's a new captain XP system on PTS though, but it's still being tested (i.e. may change before going live).

I guess I will have to play a lot for the next year and hope by this time next year I may have enough points to make it to the Tier 5 in the point system. Its just hard to compete against commanders that are in the top tier in points. Thanks Again

Point system is also getting reworked - no more 5 point skills.

What do you mean by "my wallet"? If you're looking for the amount of doubloons you currently have, it's on the top right part of the screen, near the free XP and credit amounts.

​I do see where my doubloons are. I redeemed a gift card and it did not credit me with my doubloons. I made out a war gaming ticket asking where did my money go. The reply was, it went to "my Wallet" instead of my doubloons. They transferred from my wallet to doubloons. So, I should have ask them before I closed the ticket, where would I find it. I was just wondering in case it happen again.   Thanks for responding

Don't know anything about that, sorry. I've only used paypal and credit card, and in both cases purchases just showed up in game about 30s later.
