Well, the original Takao grind was some ~110k BASE XP. And then you add all those other ships to grind.

 

Here is you only do Base XP tasks three times for each stage you'll need to net 160k base XP... which is quite a lot, but you can do 2 tasks at the same time, which makes it so much quicker.
