Happy Holidays everybody!  Just a little PSA....For those of you taking a break from WoWs to attend holiday parties with family and friends.  NEVER make a cash wager with your sixteen year old niece about whether you can drink more egg nog than her yellow lab, Lucy-bear.  Nobody really wins, egg nog gets spilled everywhere,and your sister-in-law WILL get SUPER pissed at you.  Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everybody!

Spilling???  Or vomiting???  Human body can only take so much lactose and milk fat (though the issue is generally lactose) before it has to hurl.  I wonder if dogs are the same way.

Right, - my division mates are the same way. Even mere thought about making eggnog themselves put them in stupor.

By the way, now that Southern eggnog get attention - anyone want to share good recipe (or recipe of naval-related grog - would be nice to make too;) ?

My only "complicated" recipe from sailing days is thermos of coffee with few drops of rum for night watch.

Instead of egg nog I went the Tom & Jerry route, spiced rum, brandy, hot water, and some Connolly's Tom & Jerry batter.
