I bought 2 admiral boxes and 9 captains boxes, and all I got was a crappy Emden. Meanwhile, I've seen others getting multiples of really rare ships. Not that I want ships like the Nikolai or Gremy, since I don't want that soviet crap, but something that wasn't a useless tier 2 would have been cool. Some people nailed the jackpot, others just got flags. With that said, most of my success came from the $3 crates. The $5 crates just gave me camo... I got a lot of camos but also a few ships. Not super cheap but less than they would have cost to buy in the Premium shop. I got Arizona, Atlanta, SIms, Texas and Warspite ( no Emdens for me oddly ). None of which I owned previously so worked out well for me. edit: I was angling for ships or doubloons/premium time and I also got about 3k doubloons from that as well. That's roughly $40 or so bucks spent, maybe more...and all I got was Emden. The camo and dragon flags are nice, I guess. I've learned that as well, but the arcs on the Emden are so extreme even at 7km, that even slight wiggling on the DDs part is enough to keep my shells hitting. I can hit DDs out past 15km with my Scharnhorst, but the Emden.... dear god those arcs and the shell velocity... terrible... and it being a tier 2, I have zero interest in getting good in it. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Bought 5 $5 boxes and got an Anshan and some camo. Bought 5 $3 boxes and got a Texas, Tirpitz, another Texas, gold, and camo. Since then I have bought 5 $3 boxes a day, and picked up the Atlanta, Indianapolis, 2x Lo Yang, Kutuzov, Arizona, and Blys. This morning I bought my last 5 boxes as I swore I was giving too much money to WG. I basically spent my Graf spee budget on boxes. Anyway, this morning my 5 boxes were Prinz Eugen, Gremmy, Nikolai, 1000 gold, and a second Prinz Eugen. So to start I spent $30 and got an Anshan, not that great a deal, but then I switched to $3 boxes and it took off. I got Anshan, emden, 333 dragon flags, 2k gold and untold amounts of camo. Most importantly of all, I got to skip over Karlsruhe. $32 bucks well placed. Well, I only got the T4 IJN BB and Emden twice. out of $99 worth of boxes, but I also got about 600 camo, 600 flages (including 85 dragon and 300 papa papa, 4,600 dubloons and 4 month premium. So they either did not show up or it was fast enough for me not to notice. But then, if I am just looking in the UI - there is no reason to look at that area.
