What main are you?

I've said this before, I'm a Destroyer main all the way. I love my USN DDs like Mahan, Benson, and Fletcher. But the VFM DDs such as Kiev are rapidly growing on me. How about you?

I main destroyers.

I main cruisers.

I main battleships.

 

Destroyers are my happy place.  I like a fast ship, hide and seek tactics, and lightning strikes.  I am up to tier 8 in all lines, and on the verge of earning a T9 in IJN and USN trees.

I also have played a lot of cruisers...but getting less with them at T8+.  I have nearly given up on USN at T8, have a German T8, and have a T9 IJN.  Only at T7 with Russains and T5 with Brits.

Battleships are probably 3rd on my list.  I'm up to T8 with USN and IJN, and T6 with the Germans.

BB main,  though I can do good in Cruisers and pull off some really good games in destroyers (when not YOLOing to my death). I just like the armor,  same reason why I love Heavies in WoT and am sad that premium ammo makes armor irrelevant on there,  kinda like HE does in here.

Started with BBs, went to cruisers, then to DDs, and now I think I prefer BBs again. DDs are a close second though. I don't like cruisers, and just can't into CVs.

WT describes me as a BB main.(which isn't wrong, I've played BBs the most) But I'm starting to become a Cruiser main.

 

The challenge required to play cruisers well is more addicting than having the big guns, and more satisfying when you do play them right. The flexibility cruisers possess also helps in making them fun to play too. And finally, looking over my statistics per class on WT, I'm apparently a better cruiser captain than I am a BB captain. Who knew?

Despite what the statistics say, im a CV main.  I just dont play them alot since all the direct and indirect nerfs.  Mostly play battleships while i wait for either Royal Navy CVs, or a general rebalancing of the existing CVs.

On serious note: I am going down all the lines except carriers. Currently having fun with battleships but destroyers are usually my thing whether they be USN, IJN, or Russian (Gnevy/Anshan(its russian)). Though I do like brawly battleships so I enjoy New Mexico and most of the german battleship line.

Tried to be a CV main, but the nerfs and my own terrible play in them made me give it up. I play some cruisers (though I just sold my Aoba), but BBs and gunboat DDs are my kind of ships.
