Sure, I use HE when playing Scharnhorst more than most BBs, but that is due to the 11" shell characteristics when hitting angled BBs. A Bayern's 15" guns can wreck an Atlanta bow on. And I'm not talking about one salvo. Remember he was bragging about setting 3 fires on me, so it was more like 5+ salvos.
