I contacted support and it seems if you are not recording every little bug or glitch the game has you ar not going to get any help from support. Seems the game it more [edited] up then ever and support just says " Before we continue further, we would like to request a replay of such battle where you got "1 shot"

I received a super box but never got the reward and since I did not record it support will do nothing . A S S H O L E S ! ! !

 

How do you record the game when in port ? They have record of everything that happens in port such as purchases and sales but not rewards is  stupid and only not supporting the game. Great reason not to get Premium account.

Sorry to hear about your experience in the game. Let me do my best to help.

Before we continue further, we would like to request a replay of such battle where you got "1 shot".

We now have a replay function available in World of Warships and we will need a replay of the incident in question to properly review for you.

You can find instructions for how to manually enable replays and all the other relevant information for recording your World of Warships battles in this Knowledgebase Article: Enable Replays

Please note that .wowsreplay files can only be played with the same client version. Replays may not work properly with a newer version of the game client.

You should be able to directly attach .wowsreplay files to your forum posts and ticket replies through the "Attach Files" function, you will also need to place the file in a .zip.

Please be sure to give us the timestamps of the points you would like us to review.

If your game client is still running, check your Notifications tab in the bottom right. It should display your container rewards, hover over them and add them to your ticket.

Wait, why are you reporting being "1 shot" to support? Detonations are a thing. Being quad citadelled by a lucky BB salvo is a thing. People get "1 shot" all the time in this game. How is this an issue for support?

What does being 1-shot have to do with containers? :unsure:

 

And, yes, if your ticket is about something that happened during the match, support will want a replay. They won't be able to help you without seeing what's going on (duh).

They can't travel back in time you know. They need information to work with.
