You're on the PT right? One question, do you have access to the ARP captain's as a battle voice over option with ARP ships toggled off in the carousel setting?

 

Edit: I'm asking because currently, the battle voice over options are only available if you're in the Yokosuka port. Any other port hides the options and actually reverts your choice(if you have an ARP captain voice selected) after a battle.
