Really Late to Join Game

This just started happening yesterday.  

 

The game I just loaded into was already 5 min underway.  I want to say that the soonest I now load, there is ~17 min left.  Few days ago, I was loading 10-20 sec before the start, not minutes after.

 

Any suggestions how to fix this?  My internet speed test is 13 Mbps download 2.5 Mbps upload,

No idea why it would have changed.  For most games, load speed is dependent upon the amount of RAM you have and your hard disk access speed.  Maybe run a diagnostic on your RAM?

Have not seen that issue. It seems to be it is local to you, either HD related (get an SSD), or Internet-provider related.
