How Do You Report Intentional Team Damage?

I had a player ram me and launch torps at me (which I was able to easily dodge due to his obvious high level of skill) just because I didn't move from my starting position fast enough.  I was literally sitting there for less than 1 minute after the match started just to see how the team was dispersing so I could assist them accordingly.  He spawned directly behind me, continued straight forward, rammed me, and continued, then when I turned to stop his ramming damage and asked him "wth" he told me I should be torped for not moving fast enough... then he launched his torps at me.  

I reported him in game and asked both teams to do the same.   A lot of people confirmed that they reported him and I took screenshots of what happened and would like to report this "fine" member of the community so that Wargaming can ensure no one else has to play on a team with this entitled piece of crap.  I know that there is a way to report this with screenshots as proof but after what just happened, as well as a member of my team also jumping in and trying to politicize this argument... like who anyone voted for as anything to do with an [edited]in World of Warships, I'm sorry but I just don't feel like searching to find a solution right now.  

 

This is [edited]and anyone who can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it so that you and the other players of this this game don't have to deal with this person again.

Team damage is tracked by an automated system. If you think the player in question is going around the system then you can submit a support ticket with any evidence that you have. A replay is preferred.

Is that also a thing for division play?

Yes. One match I had a fubuki (when it was still T8), he literally killed 2 friendlies somehow before dying from the tk system. Some people lol.

To avoid such self-justification, I usually will click one step up on the throttles and position my guns where I want them. Not saying it will work for you but it <knock on wood> has for me so far.

I doesn't help that some people spawn in late, I'm sure this drives this type of person literally nuts.  I prefer to spawn at the side, that way I can turn back into join the fleet (unless I'm heading for a capture point.)
