Suggestion for Flags and bonuses

Now, I imagine a lot of the people who frequent these forums are proud owners of the Military Month flag, which gives a +5% bonus to credits, experience, and commander experience. As such, those of us with the flag rarely fly any other due to not wanting to lose that bonus.

Well, an idea I had was that if/when you get a flag with a bonus like that, it applies the same bonus to all the flags you currently have. That way you can fly whatever flag you want without losing out on the bonus.

Seems simple enough a suggestion to me, at least. That way people who earned the flag bonus can use whatever flag they want without costing themselves extra credits and such.
