Rolled yet another dud in TYL, but it left me a port slot.  Not complaining or anything, I just thought it was funny that I got one after I just earned 3 through the IJN DD rework and another 9 through the Arpeggio event...in essence, more slots than I have anything to do with right now.

I have 10 right now, and I've never spent any doubloons on any port slots... Still a couple on the way from ARP missions.

Exactly what happened to me. 18 port slots and no money to fill them >_>

It may not seem like much now but in the long term I think the port slot will be more useful than 250 flags or 10m credits. We should be getting 4 more lines next year and you'll need room for them. At least that's how I see it.

True.  They only give out a port slot for each new nation IIRC.

I'm pretty sure you've rolled at least 2 more supercontainers than I have though...and this if the first TYL dud that had anything besides flags out of almost a hundred.

  I just won 4 more spots for my captain's reserve.   Now I have 15 empty slots, along with another dozen or so captains that are in there...

 

  At least I'll never have to worry about not having a place to temporarily stick someone if I need to, lol.

Depends on how many of the ships you earned the first time around.  You only get a port slot if you have earned the ship already.

Same here - got my "free one" yesterday.  No supercontainers though.

Ah ok, thanks. I have 2 earned previously, so obviously I've only duped 1 of them thus far
