Hi, I was trying to understand my Ognevoi a bit and started browsing topics and ended up confused. Why are people recommending Basic Firing Training in so many threads when after the Izyaslav there's no <129mm guns, they are all 130mm?

 

The extra secondary reload and AA damage doesn't seem that useful compared to what the skill gives American and Japanese destroyers. Am I just underestimating it or is Basics of Survivability just really less helpful than I think?

BFT affects all guns up to 139mm, not 129mm, so the Russian DD guns are still affected.
