Where is the Arp Challenge?

I dont know where is it, i have lvl 8 and tier 4 ships, but when i go to the yokosuka port there is not option of challenge anime or thing like that.

Your account needs to be level 11 in order to access Combat Missions such as the ARP Challenge.

The ARP is there in the combat missions tab, but it ain't a challenge...

You need account level 11 I think for combat missions to unlock

Well OP You might wanna get that level up there really fast... you got about 20 days to complete the challenge and win all the ships and cmdrs until they go away, become unobtainable, for probably a year.
