It can put out 16 torps at once. It has decent gun capabilities, too. It has potential when used by an experienced player.

It had potential, yes,  it will do good in it's own tier and decent in T8,  T9. it sucks.. the torp wall is it's only thing, it's a 1 trick pony,   Guns are decent vs lower tier or equal tier DDs for the most part.    HE is garbage as usual, and it's super slow turrets keep you from knife fighting.  

 

It is a Torp boat with  "usable" guns
