How do i make a clan on world of warships

Did google search but found not much so how do i make a clan for world of warships i dont see an option on the main website for it can somebody shoot me link or something thanks in advance Leeroy Out!

Clans are in beta right now, you'll be able to create one once the beta testing for World of Warships clans has ended.

Probably around early 2017 I'd guess. Clans in WoWS are supposedly separate from those in WoT, FYI. Or at least that's what the widespread rumor is.
