Geezey, has determined that I don't get to play today. 2 wins in 9 fights. I'm playing well and doing my part, plus some, and I can't buy a win. These games aren't even close. Especially in the Kutuzov; that's about 2.5 times her server average in damage. Sure, you lost, but losing isn't entirely within your control. Without looking at replays I can't say anything more specific about what impact you had on the match, but knowing you I doubt you lost because you didn't do your part. I don't like close losses, but they don't infuriate me, either. We lost over half our ships in the opening minutes and our score was reduced to 0. Not a single enemy ship was sunk in that time. Easily the most pitiful game I've been a part of. Not a great player myself but competent, aware and understand the basics. Yesterday had a brilliant w/r to start out - sort of levelled off later thanks to some bad teams but today? OMFG. 14.29% w/r as of right now after 7 battles (that's 1 win folks). Have a 1.7 K/D ratio. Doing 1 more battle and if it's a loss - I'm done for the day. edit: Yup - it was a loss. The worst team of the lot. Lemming'd to their rapid death and left me (in a Dunkerque) to deal with 6 ships. (how so many allies died so rapidly to just a few enemy I shall never know). You can guess what happened - HE spammed, Torped. AP'd to death VERY quickly. Also our top BB was afk the whole battle so they just farmed damage on him. Love this game but am sometimes shocked at the level of play from so many. And I thought WoT was bad. WG REALLY needs to sort out MM and balance teams appropriately. I've got at least 4 different people filing support tickets against me right now because I snapped and killed two teammates (three, technically, because I yolo'd while pointing my guns towards the campers in the back) to make a match end faster. After I did about 100k damage in a T5-7 and noticed we were still 6 ships down, none of them being battleships. If anyone takes this as admission of guilt and wants to add another sin to my file, go ahead. I've already been slapped by the moderating team for it. I'm starting to think this is a cruiser thing. You do realize that his Friedrich Der Grosse has the lowest WR of his 3 ships played, and it sits at zero? If anything, CAs have a much easier time staying in the purple range without winning than BBs. DDs even more so. I'm not interested in farming purple. My stats reflect how well I play. I don't care about them compared to other people. anyone who has ever played with me knows that I drive battleships like I stole them. Full throttle, straight ahead, I'm going to smash your face in style. Especially with my "you can't citadel me and I'm going to start 5 fires on you without ever switching from AP" Germans. Full throttle, straight ahead and I can't even get to the battle before its over. Friendly DD's are just dying soooo fast and then crying about BB's camping. Well, guys, you run 38 knots. I do 25. It takes me about 60 seconds to get out of first gear. By the time I hit full speed, 3 friendlies are dead. It's nuts. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
